We’re thrilled to announce that the BC Uncorked Food & Wine Festival has moved!
Over the past year our team has received feedback from guests and vendors alike, and we’ve made some big changes to improve the quality of this amazing festival. The March event will now be held at the beautiful Westwood Plateau Golf & Country Club on the scenic Eagle Mountain in Coquitlam.
BC Uncorked showcases wines from over 45 top-rated BC wineries, matched with intriguing foods provided by some of the best local restaurants and caterers. The event is proud to partner with The Ride to Conquer Cancer in hosting BC Uncorked, which is now in its 8th year.
To celebrate our move to this stunning new venue, the upcoming BC Uncorked will feature a master class that will impress even the biggest foodie! The tasting will be held between 4:30pm and 6:30pm — just prior to the general tasting — and will feature special guests from the Okanagan including Sandra Oldfield from Tinhorn Creek, Lauren Skinner from Painted Rock, JAK Meyer from Meyer Family Vineyards, and Eric von Krosigk from Summerhill Pyramid Winery. The panel guests will be talking about the age-ability of BC wines, and will all be featuring an aged wine from their library to compare it to one of their new releases. This is one exclusive event you won’t want to miss!
Master class and general admission tickets for the March festival will be available beginning January 16th, 2017. Visit the event website for more information and to purchase tickets.
